A Maintainer's World Wednesday

I love a good recap and there a few below.  Some are not resolution makers, but many are goal setters and there is plenty of inspiration.  I am not a resolution maker--my new mantra is "One day at a Time."  I have my 3rd half marathon set for February 24, 2013.  I continue to live my life with no refined sugar and no caffeine (read: no coffee). Again, this is just me--and every body is different.
