A Maintainer's World Wednesday

I so look forward to opening my feed each Wednesday morning (sometimes on Tuesday evening when I am on top of things)to see what has been happening in the past week. I like to take one peek and then start the post because then I am not second guessing myself as to what's been read since last week or probably everyone has seen this or that or maybe not! So I wait and there has been a lot going on. I really enjoy reading everyone's maintenance blogs. The first screenshot today is of my bi-weekly weigh-in-I have been meaning to do this for months for my accountability--my apologies. The scribble at the top was my blood pressure at the time.  Again, my fat content is less than desired but my weight remains down and my BMI is getting lower, of course. I have started a kettle, weights & fat burning routine along with my running. Still no sugar & no caffeine in my diet(no caffeine for me is no coffee--I was a 2-a-day Venti Americano-triple/triple espresso filled with water.) I really try not to count the months or years now, it's just something that I can now do without and it keeps the weight off. Again, everyone is different (a little extreme) but this is what is working for me and everyone is definitely different. Enjoy your day!!!
